Lone Tree has recently been ranked the 7th best place to live in the U.S. by Money.com.
Located 18 miles south of downtown Denver and 7 miles south of the Denver Tech Center along I-25, Lone Tree residents and commuters recently celebrated the opening of three new RTD stations on the E, F, and R lines.
While Lone Tree is a smaller Denver suburb, there are numerous shopping and cultural amenities for residents. Park Meadows Mall is the largest and busiest mall in Colorado with over 185 stores, 37 restaurants, and a movie theater. The Lone Tree Arts Center hosts a variety of performances including music, theatre, dance, and school programs for local pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school students. Lone Tree is home to Bluffs Regional Park, a 253-acre grassland park with beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains and 3.5 miles of multi-use trails.
In the center of Lone Tree is Heritage Hills, an exclusive gated community of luxury homes surrounding the Arnold Palmer-designed Lone Tree Golf Course. Heritage Hills homes are exclusively designed and built by a local luxury home builder, most of which offer expansive outdoor decks with pristine mountain views. The neighborhood amenities include two junior olympic-sized swimming pools, private tennis courts, a basketball court, a mini-soccer field, parks, and playgrounds. The tight-knit community hosts events throughout the year like pool and block parties, wine tastings, poker nights, an Easter egg hunt, and more.
